• The printer uses a special PLC control system with a patented print headboard unique to this printer.
  This guarantees a stable printing system and has features like image feathering, variable data printing and 4 levels of gray scale.
  The model S3200 can print multiple tasks without stopping. This ensures a continuous workflow.
  The printer has an ink supply system that incorporates a degassing feature that gets rid of air automatically in the ink supply chain that can cause dropouts.
  The printhead has a built-in ink circulation with automatic pressure adjustments that are part of the overall ink delivery system.
• This robust printhead can remain trouble free for over 2 years. We have even incorporated a head strike failure detection system to further enhance the longevity of the printhead.
• The continuous feed delivery belt, has precise automatic correction for any skew deviations and has well-placed suction holes. These features ensure that the placement of printing materials are correctly positioned as they move through the printing platform.
• The printer is equipped with an automatic calibration system that is very sensitive, an automatic printing positioning system, and many sensors to make sure everything is positioned and printed accurately at high production speeds.
• This digital high-speed printer is easy to use – just switch it on and it’s ready to print. It is cost effective, fast, and efficient. You don’t need to make fixtures or templets. Just import your image into the software and print. The maximum length of a single image is 16.4 feet long. Plus, it can print with high accuracy, up to 600 dpi x 1200 dpi. It’s fastest speed is 164 ft. per minute
